Dan Munson will relate the inspiring story of Johan and Catherine Kochendorfer, who moved their family to Minnesota in 1857. Letters and photos give a rich portrait of their difficult, but also heartwarming story. Dan is the author of Malice Toward None: Abraham Lincoln, the Civil War, the Homestead Act, and the Massacre. Books will be available for purchase and signing.
